Chi Mei Optoeletronics, a relatively unknown brand of HDTV manufacturer announced that they plan to go into mass production with its 47″ model of HDT
The 47-inch panel will feature a 2,560 x 1,440 resolution as compared to a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels of its 56-inch model. The QFHD panel will feature a 1,500:1 contrast ratio, dual-link DVI, and HDMI 1.3 alongwith a 1440p resolution. The Quad HD panel can also be applied for high-resolution graphic display.
