Look at the pictures that shows a 17 years old Colorado boy named Jason Bunch got struck by lightning while mowing the lawn and listening to his iPod. Luckily, Jason survived, but all of us can’t guarantee that this incident won’t happen on you.

This is ridiculous! This article could just as well be titled “Thrash Your Lawnmower So That You Won’t Get Struck by Lighting!”
Perhaps this is actually a joke that I’m just not getting. If not the author and editors of this site are fear mongering idiots.

Don’t you see the scar on Jason’s face which shows that the lighting went through the headset of iPod ? So, you think it is because of the lawnmower or iPod ?

The assumption that he got struck by lightning BECAUSE he was listening to his iPod is ignorant. Maybe he shouldn’t mow the lawn during a lightning storm. Maybe the lawn mower was the reason! Actually, the lawn mower was the reason, so they shouldn’t have a lawn that way they can thrash the mower! and yes, he should also thrash the iPod! thrash it all!
